What to expect
The Application Process
The following steps outline Arandell’s general recruitment process. Specific procedures and timelines may vary by department and role.
Application Submission
Candidates submit resumes and an online application form.
Application Review
Within 24-48 hrs of application
The Talent Acquisition team reviews applications based on qualifications and experience. Reaches out to the candidates to schedule a phone interview.
Assessment & Interviews
Within 48 hrs of of reaching out
Candidates moving forward may undergo technical tests, behavioral interviews, and/or panel interviews to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Interviews and Assessments
Within 48-72 hours of phone interview
Candidate completes an in-person interview with hiring manager/team. Additionally, some positions require technical tests or assessments which take place during the interview process.
Final Decision and Offer
Within 24-48 hours of final decision
The hiring team selects the best fit candidate(s), Recruiter creates and extends a job offer, and begins the onboarding process once the offer is accepted.
Onboarding
Within 72 hours after accepted offer
New hires undergo background checks, drug screens, and physical examinations as part of the onboarding process before starting their new role.
