Sandy Ford
Chief Executive Officer
Sandy brings a wealth of leadership and operational expertise to her role as CEO of Arandell, with a career spanning multiple industries and functions.
She previously served as Chief Operating Officer for a global arborist company, overseeing manufacturing, purchasing, distribution, and customer service across several countries. Her background also includes roles as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Meliora in Buffalo, NY, and Vice President of Planning for both a furniture company in High Point, NC, and a brewery in Rochester, NY.
Sandy began her career in the U.S. Air Force Intelligence branch, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic thinking and complex problem-solving. Her career reflects a proven ability to lead teams, drive efficiency, and deliver results.

Richard Kropski
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics
Since 2004, Rick oversees Arandell’s supply chain operations with responsibility for material sourcing, storage, consumption, product delivery, and logistics. He plays a key role in delivering innovative solutions and competitive postal performance for Arandell’s clients.
Having over 35 years of supply chain experience, Rick has held executive leadership roles including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at StrategIQ Commerce, as President of WIT Logistics, and Vice President of Logistics & Distribution at both Perry Judd’s and World Color. He has also served as a principal consultant for large private firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Rick is engaged in industry leadership, currently serving as a director on the boards of the American Commerce Marketing Association (ACMA), the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom), and Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC). He is also an Industry Representative on the USPS Mailers Technical Advisory Committee

Jerome Alton
Vice President, Finance
Jerome joined Arandell’s Leadership Team in June 2023, bringing over 20 years of financial experience and a goal-driven approach to the organization.
Originally from a small town near Rockford, IL, Jerome moved to the greater Milwaukee area in 1997 after earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. Shortly after, he attained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Throughout his career, Jerome has held a variety of financial roles across both family-run businesses and a mix of public and private companies, steadily growing in scope and responsibility. Most recently, he served as Divisional Controller for Illinois Tool Works within their Automotive Segment, overseeing financial operations for Shakeproof Threaded and Stamped products.

Dave Sanfelippo
Vice President, Manufacturing
Dave Sanfelippo joined Arandell in June 2021 and brings over 30 years of printing industry experience to his role overseeing production operations across the company.
He began his career at Quad, where he steadily advanced through the organization while developing deep expertise in digital print, inline finishing, and offset printing—skills that align well with Arandell’s platform at both its Wisconsin and Minnesota facilities. Dave holds a degree in Business and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He is also bronze certified in lean manufacturing and well-versed in 5S methodology, which he applies to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Kim Kozlik
Vice President, Human Resources
Kim Kozlik joined Arandell’s Leadership Team in May 2022, bringing over 20 years of Human Resources experience to the organization.
Throughout her career, Kim has held a variety of HR leadership roles, building a strong foundation in employee and labor relations, talent development, and organizational strategy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
In addition to her role at Arandell, Kim serves on the board of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA). Her expertise supports Arandell’s people-first culture and drives ongoing improvement across the organization.
