The Printing Industries of America (PIA) recently announced this year’s Premier Print Award (PPA) winners, with Arandell taking home an Award of Recognition for its work on Smartwool’s 2018 Holiday catalog.

This is the second year in a row Arandell has taken home an Award of Recognition from the PPAs, which is known as the largest and most prestigious print competition in the world. The PPAs are put on every year by the Printing Industries of America, known as one of the largest advocates for the printing and graphic communications industries.

When it comes to handing out the awards, the PIA is known for being very rigorous about the submissions that are considered. Only those pieces that demonstrate the utmost quality in both overall design and print receive a PPA.

For Arandell client Smartwool, the Award of Recognition for their 2018 Holiday catalog is already the second award they’ve won this year. In April their Holiday catalog was awarded Best of Category for Web Press Printing on Uncoated Paper by the Great Lakes Graphics Association during their yearly Graphics Excellence Awards. Arandell is fortunate to be able to work with organizations that do such a superb job of overall design before it gets handed off to print.

For Arandell, the 2019 Award of Recognition once again adds to its long-standing yearly streak of print industry awards, which includes SAPPI Printer of the Year, Gold Ink and the Graphic Excellence Awards.
