Sandy Ford

Chief Executive Officer

Sandy has an impressive career spanning various industries and roles. For the past five years, Sandy served as Chief Operating Officer at a global arborist company, overseeing manufacturing, purchasing, distribution, and customer service functions across multiple countries. Prior to that, Sandy was a Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Meliora in Buffalo, NY, emphasizing process improvement and quality control.

Sandy’s experience also includes four years as Vice President of Planning for a furniture company in High Point, NC, and a similar role in Planning and Logistics for a brewery in Rochester, NY. Additionally, Sandy’s four years in the Air Force Intelligence branch highlight a commitment to service and handling complex information. Sandy’s career showcases strong leadership, operational expertise, and a dedication to excellence in various industries.

 

Steve Sanfelippo

SVP, SALES & MARKETING

Steve is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of Arandell’s sales growth strategies including expanding product and service offerings, and new business opportunities.

A proven leader with more than 35 years of print industry experience as an accomplished catalog and retail sales executive, Steve became a member of Arandell’s senior leadership team as of April 2018. 

During his career, Steve has excelled in his senior sales and executive-level positions in developing new relationships and acquiring new business. Prior to Arandell, he was the Vice President of Catalog & Retail Sales at LSC Communications and worked in various sales executive positions at R.R. Donnelley and Perry Judd’s. Steve is a graduate of Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Richard Kropski

SVP, SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS

Since 2004, Rick’s primary focus has been oversight and management of Arandell’s supply, material storage and consumption, product delivery, and supply chain logistics. He’s also responsible for consistently delivering competitive, innovative postal performance to our clients.

In his 35+ year career, Rick has been EVP & COO for StrategIQ Commerce, President of WIT Logistics, and VP of Logistics & Distribution at Perry Judd’s and World Color, as well as a principal consultant for large private and Fortune 500 companies.

Rick currently serves as a director on the boards of the American Catalog Mailers Association (ACMA), the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom), the Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC) and is an Industry Representative on the USPS’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC). He holds a degree in business materials management and certificates in computer science technology.

Dave Sanfelippo

VP, MANUFACTURING

Being one of the newer members of Arandell’s Leadership Team after starting in June 2021, Dave Sanfelippo brings 27 years of printing industry experience the company and oversees the entirety of the production floor at Arandell’s Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin headquarters.

Dave came to Arandell looking for a new challenge after many years at Quad, where he steadily honed his craft and worked his way up through the company. He brings extensive knowledge of digital print, as well as inline finishing and offset printing which fits very well with Arandell’s current platform. He is bronze certified in lean manufacturing and very well-versed in 5S methodology.

Before starting his career, Dave attended UW-Milwaukee for Business with a focus on Supply Chain & Business Operations Management. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two college-aged kids, while cheering on his Wisconsin sports teams or spending time outdoors by fishing, camping or hiking. 

Arandell Leadership Team - Kim Kozlik, VP of Human Resources

Kim Kozlik

VP, HUMAN RESOURCES

Kim Kozlik is the newest member of Arandell’s Leadership Team, beginning her tenure in May 2022. Kim brings her expertise in Human Resources to the A-Team after serving in various HR leadership roles over the last 20+ years.

After growing up in parts of Michigan and Indiana, Kim attended Purdue University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. She also holds Human Resources certifications from both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which further designate Kim as an expert in the field of Human Resources.

Kim also serves on the board of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA). In her spare time, Kim is actively involved with her two daughters’ activities, loves traveling and rooting on her alma mater.
